Not really Scrapbook Saturday

Hi folks, I know its now Sunday, and I don't have a layout to share with you. Life just got a little busy this week with my husband having an operation. But I do have a super cute project to show you! This is a banner I made for my sons friend. She is having her 3rd birthday party today, and I made her this banner using the new banner kit from the holiday catalogue.



Materials: Build a Banner Kit (133507), Melon Mambo (126948), Tangerine Tango(126946) and Wisteria Wonder (126985) ink, Bitty Butterfly(129406) and Elegant Butterfly(127526) punches, Melon Mambo (119980) and Tangerine Tango (116206) cardstock, Sponge Daubers (102892), random ribbon, flowers and brads from my stash.

The kit comes with the canvas banners and stencils to ink the patterns and letters. Then I raided my stash of old ribbons and flowers, added some butterflies and the included string and it was all done! How super easy is that and what a stunning result! I can't wait to make more of these!!

Card Tuesday - on a Wednesday!

I know its a day late, but I thought I would hold off a day to show you my card this week after all the excitement of the new catalogue yesterday!!

Today I have a card featuring the new Tag It stamp set. This stamp set is not only super cute, $3 from every sale goes to the Ronald McDonald House charity!!

Card Tuesday - Delicate Dolies

This is one of the cards we made at the Stamp-A-Stack on Saturday. I was a little worried there was too much stamping involved, but all the ladies did such a great job and it didn't take too long at all!

Card Tuesday - Floral District

This is a nice and simple card today - and sometimes simple can be gorgeous. This is a super easy card to make, and a great design to use to quickly make a bunch of cards in one sitting.
