Scrapbook Saturday - Sweet Taffy

I have a layout to share today that had been nagging at me since I did a layout a few weeks ago. I did a layout with lots of circles as my background (see it here), and when I did that layout, I really wanted to use the same technique with a white background and bright colours. So this layout is the result of that!
