Card Tuesday - Shaker Card using On Film Framelits

I made this card for a friend of my son who is turning 4 soon. She is super bright and full on, so I wanted this card to be just like her! You could tone down the card using toned down paper, or solid cardstock. Using the On Film framelits is a super cute way to create a shaker card!
