Card Thursday - Happy Congratulations (again!)

Last week I showed you some cards I made with the Happy Congratulations stamp set. I had a bunch of the lanterns stamped and cut, so I made this little card with all those leftovers! So cute!

Materials: Happy Congratulations stamp set(133044), 3/4"circle punch (119873), Sweet Essentials stamp set (132085), Tempting Turquoise (108598), Rich Razzleberry (119981) and Whisper White (106549) cardstock, Tempting Turquoise (126952), Rich Razzleberry (126950) and Pear Pizzazz (131180) ink.
