Homemade Ornaments

I have always loved making Christmas Ornaments, so I came up with these for my display table last weekend.

This first one was cased from the lovely Brenda Rennie. Using the Lattice Die in silvers and blues to create a stunning hanging ornament.

Materials: Lattice Bigz (115958), Glimmer Paper Silver(124005), Winter Frost DSP stack (132183), Island Indigo twine (125575).

Then I made this cute little Ornaments using the Christmas Collectibles stamp set and punch. So easy to create with the punch!

Materials: Christmas Collectibles stamp set (131772), Christmas Ornament Punch (132152), Linen Thread (104199), Gumball Green (126861), Wisteria Wonder(126985), Smoky Slate(131179), Pool Party(126982) and Cherry Cobbler(126966) ink.

And my last attempt at ornaments this year was using the Simply Pressed Clay. I rolled the clay out and used a circle cutter from my sons playdoh set to cut a circle. Then I gently pressed in my choice of stamp. The ones in the picture below where inked before I stamped. I did create others where I stamped with no ink, and then once the clay had dried, I used my brayer to run over the top of the ornament.

Materials: Simply Pressed Clay(130685), Best of Christmas stamp set (134384), Very Merry Tags stamp set (130393), Linen Thread (104199), Baked Brown Sugar(131174), Choc Chip(126979), Old Olive(126953) and Cherry Cobbler(126966) ink.
